What we collect
We collect only what you send us yourself, through the contact form:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the type of enquiry you select
- the content of your message
We use no tracking cookies, no analytics, and we build no user profiles. The site sets no marketing cookies at all.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to one, to carry on the commercial conversation that follows from it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you addressed to us (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who else has access
Messages sent through the form are processed by Netlify, the provider hosting this site, acting as our processor. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to anyone for marketing purposes.
Beyond that provider, the data is seen only by the people on our team handling your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for the duration of the conversation and afterwards for as long as it may be needed for a contractual relationship or to defend a legal claim. Where an enquiry leads to no engagement, we delete the message within [XX] months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise any of these by writing to the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country of residence.
