A restoration project approved by a monuments commission, an industrial investment carrying late-delivery penalties, or an infrastructure work verified at every statutory stage admits no improvisation. Each requires complete documentation, approvals obtained on time, independent verification and responsibility carried for the result. That is the regime the work below was carried out under.
A client’s confidentiality is not renegotiated once the works are handed over. The rule we apply to a current client’s information — specifications, price levels, the identity of partners — applies to past ones too. So this page sets out the fields and the types of work, not the names.
Monastic ensembles and places of worship
Restoration work and bespoke elements — laminated timber joinery, natural stone, ornamental doors and windows — including for monuments on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Approved and signed off by the monuments commissions.
Medieval fortresses and fortifications
Masonry consolidation, profiles remade to the original pattern, paving and restoration elements for medieval fortifications.
Museum institutions and listed buildings
Bespoke joinery and restoration elements for museum institutions, executed under the constraints that apply to listed buildings.
Specialist production for monuments
Supply and installation of laminated timber joinery and natural stone elements for places of worship, including work carried out abroad.
Large-scale industrial investment
Works coordination for major industrial investments: deep foundations for heavy machinery, fire-rated halls and infrastructure for biomass plants, against contractual deadlines carrying penalties.
Fast-track retail space
Modern retail space delivered in a matter of months, with large-span prefabricated and steel structures and logistics platforms sized for heavy traffic.
High-rise and special structures
Construction of high-rise buildings: special pile foundations, a rigid reinforced-concrete core and glass-and-aluminium curtain walls.
Mountain road rehabilitation
Rehabilitation of mountain trunk roads, with slope stabilisation, rebuilt base layers and drainage sized for a harsh climate.
Border infrastructure
Modernisation of border crossing points, with heavy-duty concrete platforms for intense commercial traffic and reorganised traffic flows.
Water, sewage, irrigation and hydrotechnical works
Delivery and supervision of water supply and sewage networks, pumping and treatment stations, and large-capacity irrigation and drainage systems.

Development and construction of premium homes, from concept and permits through to finishes, with design-to-build coordination.

Retaining walls, paths, site grading, automated irrigation and ambient lighting, treated as an extension of the building.

Full renovations and modernisation, with finishes executed to the standard the investment calls for.

Delivery and quality supervision for sports halls and school refurbishments, across several counties.
EU-funded projects
Work carried out under EU funding rules: tender documentation, public procurement procedure, reporting and verification throughout delivery.
Regeneration of public space
Landscaping and works within cross-border projects for the cultural regeneration of public space.
