Why a delivery record matters in a commercial mandate.
A restoration project approved by a monuments commission, an industrial investment carrying late-delivery penalties, or an infrastructure work verified at every statutory stage admits no improvisation. Each requires complete documentation, approvals obtained on time, independent verification and responsibility carried for the result.
Opening a market imposes the same discipline: verifiable data, confirmed partners, documented commercial terms. The references below are not trade-development mandates — they are evidence of how the team works when a third party checks the result.
